What is Streamlined OS?

Streamlined OS is an operational assessment platform built specifically for accounting firms. It evaluates your firm across four key areas: team retention, client attraction, working hours, and profitability. It delivers a prioritized action plan with expert-created resources to help you improve. 

Is it really free?

 Yes! Streamlined OS is included at no additional cost with every Collective Community membership at $595 per month per firm. 

Who is Streamlined OS built for?

Firms with 3 to 30 team members in the $500K to $5M revenue range who want to build a more efficient, less owner-dependent firm. If you want to do more with less: more revenue with fewer clients, more production with fewer team members, more clarity with fewer distractions. This was built for you. 

How long does the assessment take?

Most team members complete the assessment in 30 to 40 minutes. Because multiple team members take it independently, there's no need to coordinate schedules.



Who on my team should complete the Streamlined OS assessment?

What happens after we complete the assessment?

How is this different from a generic business assessment?

How often should we reassess?

Semi-annually. Each assessment builds on the last, so you can track progress over time, see where alignment has improved, and recalibrate your priorities for the next cycle.



Our accounting firm uses different software than DBA. Does that matter?

Not at all. Streamlined OS evaluates operations, not technology. Whether you use Canopy, Karbon, or something else entirely, the assessment and resources apply to how your firm runs, not which tools you use to run it.
