What is Collective?
A community of accounting firms where leaders and their teams get support on firm structure, strategy, and systems to make their firm vision a reality.
Are there any “hidden fees”?
No! The Collective is $595 per month per firm with access provided to all members of your team. For enhanced accountability, support, and connection, we have premium offerings including Forums, Advisory, and In-person events.
Is there an annual contract?
Your commitment to the community begins by signing an evergreen engagement letter that can be terminated at any time by submitting a 30-day written notice.
Is there a termination penalty?
No. In the event Collective by DBA no longer brings value to your team, we require a 30-day written notice of termination.

Do you offer CPA firm coaching?
Yes! We have a premium offering, Collective Advisory, that is a one-on-one direct support relationship between a firm and one of our Collective advisors. Advisory includes a one-hour monthly meeting with your dedicated advisor to discuss firm initiatives, track firm KPIs, and receive direct guidance on implementing those initiatives.
Are there resources and support available for my team?
Yes, your team is invited to fully participate in discussions, download resources, and register for CPE-eligible webinars.
Do we ever meet in person?
Totally up to you! We host two in-person events per year as part of our premium offerings. These in-person live events are only available to Collective Community members. Firm leaders are invited to attend these intimate events that present new approaches and solutions to current challenges, provide space to process new information, and strengthen your peer network for ongoing firm support and improvement.
Do you help with software implementation?
Yes, we support software that we have used or tested in Dillon Business Advisors. We do not sell or implement any software we are unfamiliar with or would not use in our own accounting firm.
Do I get monthly coaching calls with my Collective membership?
No, but here’s how you can add monthly Advisory to your services.
Do I get mastermind groups with my Collective membership?
No, but here’s how you can add monthly Forums to your services.

Should I join Collective if I use different software than DBA?
Yes. Though our firms and the tools used differ, you can still get operational support in our 3 core areas: strategy, structure, and systems. PLUS, our people magic (ai) within our community will help you find other insiders with similar tech stacks.
Is this a CPA firm?
Collective by DBA is a division of Dillon CPAs, PLLC. It is powered by the successes and challenges of Dillon Business Advisors which is a CPA firm. The strategies, structure, and systems shared in the Collective Community have been tested and proved within Dillon Business Advisors.
How many logins does my firm get when I join?
All team members will have their own individual logins. All team members must have the same firm domain.
Can I choose my advisor if I sign up for one-on-one coaching?
The Collective by DBA team will make a recommendation for one of our highly qualified, experienced advisors. We will also take into consideration your preference.
Do you offer CPE and professional development for CPAs, including team members?

Yes. We host monthly webinars and even in-person events that are CPE-eligible and are available to all Collective Community members.

Dillon Business Advisors is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org.
