What is your role at Collective by DBA?

• As Director of Advisory, I ensure we are providing the level of advice our members need and want. I help develop ideas for continual progression, resources and tools necessary for our members' transformation journeys, and support for our internal team members.
  

What is something you've always wanted to try or learn?

• I want to learn to speak another language and am utilizing Duolingo on a daily basis. It's amazing what consistency does for learning. Quiero hablar español.

What is your go-to karaoke song?

• Ice Ice Baby - but every time I sing it, I realize there are SO.MANY.WORDS.

Do you have any hidden talents?

• I'm a really good dancer, but I am not sure that is a secret. 😁

How do you typically approach problem-solving?

• First, seek to understand by asking lots of questions. Then talk to all applicable parties to gain perspective. Then devise proposed solutions.
