Preparing for and Hosting Client Meetings

Whether you meet regularly with clients as part of your established service offering, or you are meeting with a client ad hoc, you want to be prepared to advise or deliver information to the client as effectively as possible in your time together. In this session, we’ll focus on recurring client meetings hosted via Zoom or Teams. These types of meetings may be part of your service model, and may happen monthly, quarterly, or annually. Especially for team members who are newer or not as comfortable meeting with clients, this session will cover recommendations on preparing for, leading, and then following up with clients after client meetings.

- Identify key topics to consider discussing with clients during meetings
- List key follow-up steps after the meeting is over
