Growing and Hiring a Client CFO

In this session we’ll examine the role that a Client CFO plays at the firm, including their responsibilities working with other team members in the Team of 3 as well as their client responsibilities. We’ll review the traits and characteristics that a successful Client CFO will exhibit. We will also discuss what skills a CFO should have prior to taking the role – whether they are an existing team member being promoted or an outside hire.
