Drilling into MRR
A shared objective for many members of the Collective is to boost their Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) on a year-over-year basis. According to our Fall 2024 KPI survey, the average MRR fee stood at $808. Typically, firms reported that 42.95% of their gross revenue came from MRR. This session delves into these insights by leveraging fresh data from Collective members, gathered ahead of the event. We'll examine the latest survey data to explore which services firms usually include in MRR and which ones are offered as standalone services. Additionally, participants will have an opportunity to discuss their MRR goals and specific service offerings with one another during the session.
Tax Planning: Selling and Delivering
Building on insights from our previous session on Drilling into Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), we observed that some firms include tax planning services in their monthly packages, while others offer these services on a standalone basis. This session will first explore various tax planning software products available in the market. Next, we'll discuss strategies for effectively marketing tax planning services to prospective clients. Finally, we'll weigh the pros and cons of incorporating tax planning services into a monthly package versus selling them individually. Participants will have ample opportunity to discuss their own tax planning services during the session.
