How many people can I register from my accounting firm?

Up to 5 people from each firm can register. Be sure to complete a registration form for each attendee and pay in full to secure your seats.

Can I register for someone else?

Yes. You will complete a separate registration form for each attendee, and then you can checkout and pay for all attendees at once. 

Be sure to have this information available at registration:

  1. Contact info
  2. Dietary restrictions if any
  3. Preferred tshirt size (unisex)
  4. Are they a Forum or Advisory member staying for bonus day 3?
  5. Would they want to be on a panel?
Are there any discounts or price breaks available?

We do not have any discounts or price breaks. Early registration is $1,095 per attendee. Beginning July 15, registration will increase to $1,395.

Which airport should I fly into?

Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) is the closest airport to the hotel.

Is there a shuttle or transportation from the airport?

Yes, hop on the train at DFW Terminal B.
The train from the airport leaves every 30 minutes from terminal B and Hotel Vin is the 2nd stop. Plan for a 10 minute ride.  https://ridetrinitymetro.org/texrail-schedule/
